Return Policy

We ensure the highest standards in food preparation, but if there is an issue with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is found to be of unsatisfactory quality (e.g., cold, stale, or bad order).
  • The issue is reported within 15 minutes (in dining) & 30 minutes (for takeaway) of receiving the food.
  • The food must be returned in its original packaging, with at least 70% of the portion intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Partially eaten or fully consumed products.
  • Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms, such as- Food panda, Foodi, Pathao etc. (returns must be handled through them).

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Visit the outlet where the order was placed or call our hotline at +880 1719 517 242.
  2. Provide the order receipt or a valid proof of purchase.

Cashback Policy

We value your trust and offer a cashback option for eligible cases:

Conditions for Cashback:

  • A verified quality issue with the product or incorrect order fulfillment.
  • The complaint must be lodged within 1 hour of receiving the order.
  • Cashback will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Cashback Methods:

Direct Refund: Cash refunds for in-store purchases.

Digital Wallets or Mobile Banking: For online orders

Replacement Policy

As an alternative to refunds, customers may opt for a free replacement of their order if a quality or order issue is verified.

Important Notes:

Our decision on the refund or replacement request will be based on the investigation conducted by our Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Audit Team.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for claims that do not meet the above conditions.
