• Prices listed on our website are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and may be subject to change without prior notice.

• We accept payments via payment methods provided by SSL Commerz payment gateway and cash on delivery (COD). Any failed or fraudulent transactions may result in order cancellation.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, and other factors. The delivery service is currently available to specific destinations and locations only, ordering outside of these locations (by tempering the address or any other way) will nullify the order. 

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Stallo Fried Chicken Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.

• Pickup orders must be collected within the specified time.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders once placed cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is an issue with the food quality or delivery.

• Refund requests must be made within the same day by contacting our support team at info@stallofriedchicken.com.

6. Food Quality & Safety

• We ensure the highest quality ingredients and food safety standards.

• If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us before placing an order. We are not responsible for allergic reactions due to undisclosed ingredients.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, logos, images, and text on our Site belong to Stallo Fried Chicken Ltd. and are protected by copyright laws.

• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

• The designs are considered as intellectual property of Evocation IT and Stallo Fried Chicken jointly.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

• Stallo Fried Chicken Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Site and are not responsible for issues caused by technical failures or third-party service disruptions.
